As a result, Sans and Papyrus grew up learning to sign. ![]() Likely, he was simply never taught how to make the sounds, as he grew up speaking only Wingdings.ĪSL/sign language - he knows various types of sign language, which is how he communicates with anyone who cannot understand wingdings. ![]() Whether this is an inability to vocalize the words, or simply choosing not to, is unknown. Wingdings - a symbol language that has a very distorted kind of sound, more made up of noises/vocalizations than actual words.Įnglish - he knows and understand it, but does not speak it.
